𝙋𝙝𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠 - keep a notebook with you

𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 - deadlines hold us accountable for what we said we were going to do. Use them to your advantage.

𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙨 - when you are spinning in circles, it is time to take a break. Breaks make us more productive by refocusing the mind.

𝘼𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙙 𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞-𝙩𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 - you think you can do it all, but research shows you can't. Take it on one task at a time and be present in what you are doing.

𝙎𝙖𝙮 𝙣𝙤 - the 80s taught us to say no to drugs, now we have to say no to more tasks. Stay focused on what you need to

do and don't overload.
